Game of Thrones: The Iron Throne (2019) [Daenerys Targaryen]: Stabbed through the chest with a blade by Kit Harington while they’re kissing; her body is then carried away by her dragon.
Secret Invasion: Betrayal (2023) [G'iah]: Seemingly killed when she is shot in the chest by Kingsley Ben-Adir after Kingsley confirms that Emilia is the traitor to his cause. Once Emilia is shot, she transforms back into her original alien form, seemingly confirming her death. However, in the following episode, it is revealed that Emilia was enhanced and able to heal herself. But as the death is appears to be true at the end of the episode, this should remain.
