- Dead like me: Pilot (2003) [Georgia 'George' Lass]: Hit by the toilet seat from the reentering Russian space station Mir. She gets a new body later and becomes a Grim Reaper. For the rest of the series we see normally Ellen instead of the new version.
- Hannibal: Releves (2013) [Georgia Madchen]: Burned to death in her oxygen chamber when the static electricity from combing her hair causes a spark that ignites her. (leaving aside the fact that oxygen doesn't ignite). (Thanks to Uncle Fester)
