Film Deaths[]
- Little Shop of Horrors (1986) [Audrey]: Although she survives in the actual film, there is an alternate ending (included in Director's Cut Blu-Ray release) where Ellen dies from blood loss after the giant Audrey II plant (voiced by Levi Stubbs) attempts to eat her; she dies shortly afterwords while singing to Rick Moranis and her body is fed to the plant (at her own request) by Moranis.
- Leon (The Professional; The Cleaner) (1994) [Mathilda's Mother]: Shot in the chest with a shotgun by Gary Oldman when he bursts into the bathroom while she's taking a bath.
- Fielder's Choice (2005) [Jill Fielder]: Killed in a car accident.
Television Deaths[]
- The X-Files: Improbable (2002) [Vicki Louise Burdick]: Beaten to death (off-screen) by Ray McKinnon.
- Heroes: The Hard Part (2007) [Virginia Grey]: Accidentally stabbed in the chest with scissors during a struggle with her son (Zachary Quinto) in her apartment. After the stabbing, she is frozen in mid-fall when Masi Oka stops time; her fall resumes when time starts up again.
