Dead Before Dawn 3D (2012) [Beverly Galloway]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by electrocuting herself in the bath with a toaster, after her son (Devon Bostick) makes eye contact with her; her body is shown when Devon enters the bathroom and discovers her as she comes back to life as a zombie-demon, and is killed again when Marty Adams and Max Topplin accidentally run her over while she's chasing Devon into the street. Her death is undone when Devon sacrifices himself in order to remove the curse from the town. (Played for comic effect.)

Lexx: The Dark Zone Stories-Super Nova (1997) [Giggerota]: After being stranded on the planet Brunnis, she is killed when the planet's sun explodes.
Lexx: Super Nova (1997) [Giggerota]: Same info. The first season of Lexx was the mini series broken up into smaller episodes.
Highlander: The Raven: A Matter of Time (1999) [Crysta]: Decapitated (off-screen) by Elizabeth Gracen at the end of a fight. We only see flashes of lightning (as Elizabeth absorbs her Quickening), and since the aftermath of the fight isn't shown, we are initally led to believe that it was Elizabeth who was killed.
Lexx: Girltown (2000) [Queen]: Playing a living head mounted on a boom that sat in a cistern of warm water, Ellen is killed when one of the escaped prisoners turn the water temperature to boiling and lowers her head into it just before she was to have Brian Downey decapitated to take his body.
Relic Hunter: The Reel Thing (2001) [Jacqueline Reed]: Shot in her back by her brother (Robert Bockstael) as she was holding her gun towards Tia Carrere and Christien Anholt.
Lexx: ApocaLexx Now (2002) [Genevieva G. Rota/Pope Genevieve]: Eaten alive (off-screen) by the Lyekka creature (Louise Wischermann) outside an ancient temple in Vietnam. We see her and Louise walk off from the rest of the crew of the Lexx talking, shortly after the crew hears her scream.
