- Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: World's End (2017) [Jemma Simmons]: An android duplicate of "Jemma Simmons" is electrocuted by Mallory Jansen, in addition to being stabbed with a screwdriver, as Iain De Caestecker watches in horror; the real "Jemma Simmons" survives the episode.
- Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: The Real Deal (2018) [Jemma Simmons]: Playing a recreation of the Life Model Decoy of Jemma Simmons, Elizabeth's face is punched off by Henry Simmons after Elizabeth attempts to smother Natalia Cordova-Buckley to death. The real Elizabeth then arrives and shoots the recreation twice in the chest with a handgun, causing her to turn into smoke and vanish.
- Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: The Devil Complex (2018) [Jemma Simmons]: In an alternative timeline, Elizabeth passes away (off-screen) during the passage of time, along with her husband (Iain De Caestecker). This is explained by Elizabeth's grandson (Jeff Ward) to the main timeline version of Elizabeth.
- Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: As I Have Always Been (2020) [Jemma Simmons]: Dies twice during a time loop from asphyxiation after Joel Stoffer causes a gas leak. Her deaths are undone when the time loop resets.
