Evil Dead (2013) [Natalie]: Shot several times in the face with a nail gun and bitten in one arm by the possessed Jane Levy, before cutting off the infected arm with an electric knife and attacking Shiloh Fernandez and Lou Taylor Pucci soon after. Shiloh manages to shoot off her remaining arm with the shotgun, snapping her out of her possession where she ends up bleeding to death in Shiloh's arms.

Legend of the Seeker: Unbroken (2010) [Sister Marianna]: Slashed across her face by Craig Parker with his sword after he places the Boxes of Orden together and gives himself limitless power. She's brought back to life in the next episode (Legend of the Seeker: Tears) when Bruce Spence preformed the Spell of Undoing on Laura Brent.
Legend of the Seeker: Tears (2010) [Sister Marianna]: Killed when Craig Horner thrusts his sword from her back through her solar plexis as she tries to assassinate Bridget Regan along with other sisters.
The Vampire Diaries: Age of Innocence (2015) [Valerie Tulle]: Drowns herself in a bathtub after miscarrying her and Paul Wesley's baby; she comes back to life as a vampire-witch hybrid, after being fed Annie Wersching's blood previously.
Turn Washington's Spies: Judgement (2016) [Sarah Livingston]: Shot in the stomach by Dillon Casey.
Once Upon a Time: Strange Case (2016) [Mary Lydgate]: Falls to her death after Hank Harris accidentally pushes her through a window.
Supernatural: Who We Are (2017) [Lady Toni Bevell]: Throat slit (off-screen) by David Haydn-Jones while she was helping Jensen Ackles and Samantha Smith.
