- Night School (Terror Eyes) (1981) [Kim Morrison]: Slashed multiple times with a kukri machete by Rachel Ward in the locker room of a public aquarium (on-screen), who then decapitates her (off-screen); the scene cuts away just as Elizabeth screams and Rachel brings the blade down to her neck. Elizabeth’s severed head is shown afterwards when Rachel drops it in the fishtank.
