- Harpy (1971; TV movie) [Marian]: Killed in a car crash when the harpy eagle attacks her while she's driving in her convertible. (Thanks to Tom)
- Law & Order: Special Victims Unit: Taken (2000) [Serena Benson]: Elizabeth doesn't actually appear in this episode but her character is mentioned as having died after drunkenly falling down a flight of stairs.
- Russian Doll: Superiority Complex (2019) [Ruth Brenner]: Dies in an explosion along with Natasha Lyonne when Elizabeth switches on her stove, accidentally causing a gas leak. They revives shortly after due to Natasha being trapped in a time loop.
