- Axeman (2013) [Vivian]: Stabbed in the eye with a large knife by Scot Pollard. As Eliza is trying to crawl away, Scot stomps on her head, driving the knife blade all the way through the back of her head.
- The Encounter (2015) [Alice]: Stung by an alien pod. Throughout the film, the alien venom slowly burns Eliza's skin off in a spreading pattern. Eventually the entire upper part of her chest is skinless and she starts bleeding from her eyes. Eliza eventually dies of these wounds and is reanimated as an alien zombie.
