The Last Supper (1995) [Jenny]: Found a missing poster by crow.
The Missing (2003) [Anne]: Shoots herself in the head after the death of her daughter as Evan Rachel Wood looks on.
The Attic (2007) [Emma]: Commits suicide by shooting herself.
Us (2019) [Kitty Tyler/Dahlia]: Playing a dual role, "Kitty" has her throat is slit by "Dahlia", who is later struck over the head with a rock by Evan Alex.
The Kitchen (2019) [Claire Walsh]: Shot in the neck by a wounded Matt Helm (after Elisabeth shoots Matt) as Domhnall Gleeson watches in horror.

Medium: No One to Watch Over Me (2007) [Jennie/Haley Heffernan]: Playing a dual role as sisters, "Haley" is suffocated/frozen to death after being locked in a freezer by Robert Neary, several years before the story begins. Her body is shown afterwards when Patricia Arquette discovers her, and again in the morgue after being thawed out. ("Jennie" survives the episode.)
Fear Itself: Bitten (2008) [Officer Danny Bannerman]: Bitten on the throat by Stephen R. Hart, after she applies rat poison to her throat (as well as swallowing some) in order to poison him. She dies shortly after handcuffing herself to Stephen to ensure he won't escape.
