- Girl in the Fog (La ragazza nella nebbia) (2017) [Anna Lou Kastner]: Lethally injected on a plastic-covered bed by Alessio Boni; her dying tremors and final flaccidity are shown from mid-thigh down. Later, in an alternative ending, she dies by drug-induced respiratory paralysis at the hands of Jean Reno, which is shown on a beach, full-face over the killer's shoulder.
