- Audition (Odishon) (1999) [Asami Yamazaki]: Neck snapped when Tetsu Sawaki knocks her down the staircase while she's trying to spray him with a paralyzing drug; she is shown speaking to Ryo Ishibashi as she's lying on the floor, but it's ambiguous whether she's actually talking or whether she's already dead and he's imagining/remembering her dialogue. - Sky High (2003) [Izuko]: Her soul is sent to complete darkness after being killed a second time in the underworld.
