- Thriller: The Merriweather File (1961) [Jake Harbor]: Shot to death (off-screen) by Bethel Leslie when he breaks into her home with the intention of killing her. Bethel then places his body in the trunk of her husband's (Ross Elliott) car along with other evidence to frame him for the killing.
