- The Day of the Jackal (1973) [The Jackal]: Shot to death by Michael Lonsdale with a machine-gun while Edward is reloading his rifle during a shoot-out.
- The Big Sleep (1978) [Joe Brody]: Shot twice in the chest and once in the head (through a door) by Simon Fisher-Turner as Robert Mitchum, Candy Clark and Joan Collins look in shock.
- The Cat and the Canary (1978) [Hendricks]: Shot dead by Michael Callan as he is about to kill Carol Lynley.
Television Deaths[]
- Taboo: Episode 1.1 (2017) [Hoarce Delaney]: Poisoned off-screen by his stewart. His body is shown at his funeral and shown in flashbacks in later episodes.
- The Gentlemen: Refined Aggression (2024) [Archibald Horniman]: Dies, (off-screen) from natural causes. He is last seen on his death bed when his son (Theo James) comes to visit him. His funeral is later shown.
