- Power Rangers Turbo: The Millennium Message (1997) [Terror Tooth]: Explodes after being shot by Robo Racer's Synergizer Blaster.
- Digimon Adventure: The Earthquake of MetalGreymon (1999; anime) [Datamon]: Disintegrates into data after falling into a giant ball of cables while taking Etemon (Richard Epcar) with him after he dropped his grenades onto the cables causing the Dark Network to suck them in.
- Power Rangers Time Force: The End of Time: Part 3 (2000) [Frax]: Fatally wounded when his giant robot "Doomtron" is destroyed and his face falls apart as he succumbs to his wounds.
- Cowboy Bebop: Ballad of Fallen Angels (2001; anime) [Red Dragon Thug]: Gets shot in the head by Spike (Steven Jay Blum) when he threatens to shoot Faye (Wendee Lee).
- Yukikaze: Operation 1 (2004; anime) [2nd Lieutenant Richard Burgadish]: Died off-screen under interrogation by the JAM, in the forms of Hiroshi Yazawa (J. Grant Albrecht) and Marnie (Philece Sampler)
OVA Deaths[]
- 3×3 Eyes: Transmigration (Tensei no shō) (1991) [Yakumo Fujii]: Impaled on the claws of giant bird monster. He is later brought back to life as an immortal when Rebecca Forstadt (in her Alexandra Kenworthy personality) uses her powers to merge their souls together. - Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War (2004) [Alvin H. Davenport/Chopper]: Dies when he crashes his plane, heavily damaged by cannon fire from Yuktobanian fighter jets, onto the field of November Stadium, to the despair of his squadron mates, as he was unable to eject.
