- Friday Foster (1975) [Madame Rena]: Shot in the back by Carl Weathers; she dies shortly afterwards as Pam Grier kneels by her side.
- Holes (2003) [Madame Zeroni]: Died sometime before the film as she only appears in flashbacks.

- Happily Ever After; The Snow Queen (2000; animated) [Snow Queen]: Melts after being stabbed in the chest with an icicle by Gerda (Taska Cleveland) after she shoots it at her.
- The Simpsons: Once Upon a Time In Springfield (2010; animated) [Eartha Kitt]: Dies (off screen) before the episode begins; her death is mentioned as Bart (voiced by Nancy Cartwright) shows Princess Penelope (voiced by Anne Hathaway) a clip of her. (This was done due to Eartha's real life death shortly after she recorded her part)
