Film Deaths[]
- Chopper Chicks in Zombietown (1989) [Butcher]: Died (off screen) and brought back as a zombie by Don Calfa.
- The Dentist (1996) [Marvin Goldblum]: Possibly dies of blood loss after having his tongue cut off by Corbin Bernsen. We last see him trying to fight Corbin on the floor, but he stoped moving after Corbin throws him off and his fate is never confirmed.
- Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003) [Dr. Peter Silberman]: Possibly killed (offscreen) by the nuclear attack at the end of the film. (Note: His death was in the script and storyboarded, but due to the 9/11 attacks, his death was never filmed along with other scenes).
TV Deaths[]
- 3×3 Eyes: Legend of the Divine Beast: The Return (Kikan no shō) (1995) [Benares]: Destroyed by Brigitte Bako's powers. (See also Akio Ōtsuka in the original Japanese version and Kirk Thornton in the first English version.)
- The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest: Expedition to Khumbu (1996; animated) [Professor Kyle]:Thrown out of a window by the Yetis and Possibility die from the fall.
- Megas XLR: Coop D'etat (2004; animated) [Emperor/Subject]: Voicing robots; "Subject" is destroy by Coop (David DeLuise) while in Megas, while "Emperor" is destroyed in an explosion accidentally started by Coop.
Video Game Deaths[]
- Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (2001) [Colonel Sergei Gurlukovich]: Shot repeatedly in the chest by Patric Zimmerman after Earl releases Kevin Michael Richardson from captivity.
