- Bumblebee (2018) [Bumblebee]: Shot in the head by Angela Bassett as Hailee Steinfeld and Jorge Lendeborg Jr. watch on in shock and horror. Dylan was brought back to life after Hailee electrocutes him twice to give him more energy.
- Infinite (2021) [Treadway]: Killed by Rupert Friend (off-screen); his body is shown when his reincarnated self (Mark Wahlberg) sees him in a chamber.
- The Outfit (2022) [Richie Boyle]: Shot in the head with a revolver by Johnny Flynn, after having already been shot in the throat by Johnny at the end of a standoff, as Mark Rylance looks on in shock.
- Caddo Lake (2024) [Paris]: Drowns after trying to escape from jail.
Television Deaths[]
- Teen Wolf: Alpha Pact (2013) [Stiles Stilinski]: Along with Crystal Reed and Tyler Posey offers himself up as a surrogate sacrifice for Melissa Ponzio, Linden Ashby and JR Bourne. He along with Crystal and Tyler is held under in an ice bath by Seth Gilliam, Daniel Sharman and Holland Roden. He along with Crystal and Tyler resuscitates.
- Teen Wolf: The Divine Move (2014) [Stiles Stilinski/Nogitsune]: Playing a dual role as the real "Stiles" and a demon taking his form, the Nogitsune is stabbed through the chest with a katana by Arden Cho, when his form is altered after being bitten by Tyler Posey. He crumbles and disintegrates into a heap of dust, as Tyler, Arden, Holland Roden and the real "Stiles" watch on.
- Teen Wolf: Lies of Omission (2015) [Stiles Stilinski]: A hallucination of Dylan is seen impaled with a metal rod by the real Dylan in his imagination; the real Dylan survives the episode.
- Teen Wolf: Memory Lost (2016) [Stiles Stilinski]: Erased from existence by the Ghost Riders; he appears in purgatory with the rest of their victims until he is able to escape in the episode Memory Found.
- Amazing Stories: The Cellar (2020) [Sam Taylor]: Presumably dies of natural causes when he gets stuck in the past after trying to go back to the future along with Victoria Pedretti. (Victoria go to the future; Dylan not because a piece of wood falls on him and he cannot move).
