- Land of the Dead (2005) [Hanged Man Zombie]: Appears as a zombie, having died from hanging some time before his first appearance.
- The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day (2009) [Father McKinney]: Shot in the back of the head by Daniel DeSanto in a church. His body is shown again afterwards as Julie Benz, David Ferry, Brian Mahoney and Bob Marley investigate the crime scene, again in crime-scene photos as their investigation continues, and yet again in a later flashback showing Daniel comparing his height to Dwayne's.
