The Monster Squad (1987) [Count Dracula]: Sucked into Limbo when Ashley Bank recites an incantation, thereby opening a portal to Limbo, on top of having been impaled on a metal fence by Tom Noonan and with a wooden stake by Andre Gower.
The Banker (1989) [Spaulding Osbourne]: Shot numerous time in the chest by Robert Forster
Blood Surf (2000) [John Dirks]: Torn in half by the giant crocodile after it crashes through his boat.

My Wicked, Wicked Ways (1985; TV film) [Errol Flynn]: Dies of a heart attack, brought on by his alcoholism (I've never seen this film, so I don't know if his death is shown or even mentioned).
V: The Rescue (1985) [Charles]: Poisoned when he drinks the poisoned wine that June Chadwick had meant for Jane Badler (and Jane switches her cup with Duncan's). His body (in its true reptilian form) is shown when June discovers it.
Star Trek: The Next Generation: Sub Rosa (1994) [Ronin]: Disintegrated with a phaser by Gates McFadden, when he tries to possess Gates' body.
Murder, She Wrote: A Story to Die For (2000; TV film) [Yuri Malenkovich]: Shot in the chest (off-screen) by Richard Crenna. His body is shown afterwards when a hotel waitress discovers him.
