- Needful Things (1993) [Hugh Priest]: Shot by Eric Schneider while Duncan shoots him right back.
- Sweet Dreams (1996) [Loggins]: Injected with poison by Amy Yasbeck while Duncan is sitting in his truck. Amy then sets the truck on fire from Duncan's burning cigarette. (Thanks to Drew)

- Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction: Ghost Writer (2002) [Wilford Clayton]: Dies (off-screen), presumably due to complications of the stroke he suffered, a year after the story ends; we learn of his death during Haig Sutherland's narration.
- Sanctuary: For King and Country (2010) [Prime Minister]: Died of old age.
- Supernatural: There's No Place Like Home (2015) [Clive Dylan]; Shot in the head by Felicia Day, killing Carter Kinsella as well since he was the half of Duncan.
