Summary
Stolid, old guard policeman, Brett Ridgeman (Mel Gibson) and his overzealous volatile partner Anthony Lurasetti (Vince Vaughn) both embittered from being suspended wind up clashing with desperate ex-cons Henry Jones (Tory Kittles) and childhood mentor Biscuit (Michael Jai White) when all four are forced to venture into the city's seedy underbelly to make ends meet in order to provide safety and security for their families.
