Television Deaths[]
- The X-Files: Beyond the Sea (1994) [William Scully]: Dies of a heart attack (off-screen); we only learn of his death after Sheila Larken informs Gillian Anderson about it.
- One More Mountain 1994 [Franklin Graves]: Freezes to death (off-screen). We last see him alive when he, his daughter Mary (Jean Louisa Kelly), and few members of the Donner Party leave trying to find a way off the mountains. His death is confirmed in the on-screen text at the end of the film.
- Twin Peaks: Part 3 (2017) [Major Garland Briggs]: Decapitated (off-screen) prior to the events of the episode; he appears as a spirit to Kyle MacLachlan. His decapitated body (a prosthetic effect) is shown in the episodes Part 1, Part 5, Part 7, and Part 9 and he appears again as a spirit in Part 17. (Don died in real life before the series was filmed; his appearances were created through the use of archival footage.)
