- Doctor Who: Bad Wolf (2005) [Agorax]: Zapped with a laser beam fired by android Anne Robinson, when Dominic loses a future version of The Weakest Link, leaving behind just a pile of dust. We later learn that Dominic is not vaporized, but is teleported onto a Dalek ship, where he is turned into a Dalek offscreen, and later killed when Billie Piper wipes out all of the Daleks.
- 1000 Ways to Die: Death: A User's Manual (2009) [Patty]: Dies from an infection after a rat runs up his pants and urinates into an open wound.
- Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: Eye Spy (2013) [Englishman]: Killed when Bill Paxton activates a kill-switch inside Dominic's head after he is confronted by Clark Gregg.
- Feud: You Mean All This Time We Could Have Been Friends? (2017) [Victor Buono]: Dies from a heart attack (off screen) several years after the episode ends; his death is indicated in text at the end of the episode.
- The Good Place: The Trolly Problem (2017) [Henry]: Run over by a trolly driving by William Jackson Harper, after Dominic gets his boot stuck in the tracks. We don't see Dominic get hit, but see his blood and boot hit William in the face. This is part of a similation created by Ted Danson to visualise William's theories.
- The Magicians: We Have Brought You Little Cakes (2017) [Ember]: Stabbed fatally by Jason Ralph, after Stella Maeve uses a magic spell to transfer Nico Evers-Swindell's God powers into a sword.
- The Flash: True Colors (2018) [Ramsay Deacon]: Killed when Kendrick Sampson transfers Neil Sandilands' consciousness from Kendrick to Dominic.
- Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story: God of Forgiveness, God of Vengeance (2022) [John Wayne Gacy]: Executed by lethal injection, while being watched by the families of his victims.
- American Horror Story: Delicate: Opening Night (2024) [Hamish Moss]: Killed (off-screen) by Kim Kardashian. We learn of his death (passed off as suicide) later in the episode when Emma Roberts sees the news report on TV.
