- The Family (2013) [Caputo]: Machine-gunned by Anthony Desio.
- God's Pocket (2014) [Sal Cappi]: Shot to death by Joyce Van Patten as he is beating up John Turturro.
- The Irishman (2019) [Anthony "Fat Tony" Salerno]: Dies of natural causes in prison off-screen. His death is mentioned in text during his introduction.

- Oz: Obituaries (2000) [Ralph Galino]: Injected in the tongue with heroin by Evan Seinfeld causing him to die of an overdose.
- NYPD Blue: Johnny Got His Gun (2001) [Max Legazi]: Gunned down by Dennis Franz just as he was about to him.
- Daredevil: Shadows in the Glass (2015) [Bill Fisk]: Bludgeoned in the back of the head multiple times with a hammer by his son (Cole Jensen), when Domenick was attacking his wife (Angela Reed). His body is seen when Angela prepares to dispose of the body, as she cuts him into smaller pieces and dumps them into the sea.
- Ray Donovan: Never Going to Give You Up (2019) [Sean 'Mac' McGrath]: Shoots himself in the head while sitting in his car.
- Power: Scorched Earth (2019) [Benny Civello]: Stabbed in the chest by Joseph Sikora.
- Reacher: New York's Finest (2024) [Detective Gaitano "Guy" Russo]: Shot multiple times in the chest by several of Robert Patrick's henchman with handguns, while Domenick was defending Kate Moyer. Once Domenick collapses from his wounds, he is comforted by Maria Sten as he dies. Although he is still alive at the end of the episode, his death is confirmed by Alan Ritchson in The Man Goes Through.
- Tulsa King: “Reconstruction” (2024) [Charles "Chickie" Invernizzi] Shot in the side of the head by Frank Grillo in a bar after he tells Sylvester Stallone everybody wins.
