- The Diane Linkletter Story (1969) [Diane Linkletter]: Commits suicide by jumping out of a window. (I haven't seen this film, one of John Waters' early shorts, but I have read several reviews.)
- Multiple Maniacs (1970) [Lady Divine]: Shot to death by the National Guard after going on a rampage.
- Female Trouble (1974) [Dawn Davenport/Earl Peterson]: Two death scenes as two different characters: (1) "Earl" is stabbed repeatedly by Mink Stole in his living room. (2) "Dawn" is executed by the electric chair, with the movie ending abruptly in mid-electrocution.
- Trouble in Mind (1985) [Hilly Blue]: Shot in the head by Kris Kristofferson after Divine tries to shoot Keith Carradine.
