Film Deaths
- Psycho III (1986) [Maureen Coyle]: Accidentally impaled in the back of the head when she falls down the stairs and falls against the arrow of a Cupid statue; Anthony Perkins then kneels beside her and carries her up the stairs, and her body is shown again later on when Roberta Maxwell discovers her laid out on a shrine. (There is also an earlier "daydream" death scene when Anthony imagines Diana's face in place of Janet Leigh's at the end of a flashback to Janet's death scene from the original 1960 Psycho.) TV Deaths
- The Guyana Tragedy: The Story of Jim Jones (1980) [Sheila Langtree]: Possibly shot to death when Michael C. Gwynne and the other gunmen open fire at the airport; it's not confirmed whether she's killed or just wounded. (Thanks to Robert)
- Night of the Hunter (1991 TV) [Willa]: Killed by Richard Chamberlain. (See Shelley Winters' death in the original 1955 version.)
