- L.A. Law: Good to the Last Drop (1991) [Rosalind Shays]: Falls down an elevator shaft after saying goodbye to Richard Dysart, while Richard watches in shock. He went to call a paramedic for help and report the death accident of Rosalind Shays. The elevator went out of order. She is shown in her casket at the end of the episode.
