Navy SEALS (1990) [Chief Billy Graham]: Killed in a shootout with terrorists.
Heat (1995) [Donald Breedan]: Shot in the head with machine guns by Al Pacino, Wes Studi and Mykelti Williamson while he's driving the getaway car transporting Robert De Niro, Tom Sizemore and Val Kilmer.
Absolute Power (1997) [Tim Collin]: Injected in the neck with a drug overdose by Clint Eastwood as Dennis attempts to finish-off Laura Linney (who's in the hospital suffering from injuries from a car accident). He dies while begging to Clint for mercy. Clint then throws him into a hospital dumpster outside.
LUV (2012) [Mr. Fish]: Shot to death by Common after Dennis reveals why he betrayed Common and after Common has killed Danny Glover.
The Dark Tower (2017) [Steven Deschain]: Dies of suffocation by Matthew McConaughey's supernatural power as Dennis' son Idris Elba watch on in horror. He dies with Idris by his side. Dennis later appears in the vision to Idris.
No Exit (2022) [Ed]: Shot in the chest by Danny Ramirez.

Queen (Alex Haley's Queen) (1993 TV mini-series) [Davis]: Hanged and burned to death by Klansmen.
Return to Lonesome Dove (1993 TV mini-series) [Cherokee Jack Johnson]: Shot to death (off-screen) in a shoot-out with Jon Voight.
Empire: Arkham (2005) [Magonius]: Taken from his cell in the gladiator combat camp and brutally stabbed to death with swords by 3 of the mercenary soldiers acting on the orders of Michael Maloney.
24: Day 5: 7:00 a.m.-8:00 a.m. (2006) [Former President David Palmer]: Shot in the neck with a sniper rifle by Jeff Kober while Dennis is standing in front of a window while talking to D.B. Woodside. His body is shown again afterwards (covered with a sheet) when Kiefer Sutherland sneaks into the apartment during the investigation.
Battledogs (2013 TV) [Christopher Monning]: Head blown off when Ariana Richards shoots a grenade into his mouth while he's in his werewolf form.
Blue Bloods: New Rules (2015) [Deputy Chief Don Kent]: Gunned down along with his wife in a gang hit.
