- Bummer (1973) [Butts]: Shot in the stomach by Carol Speed outside the police station, after she persuades him to hand over his gun.
- Laserblast (1978) [Deputy Pete Ungar]: Killed in an explosion when Kim Milford fires his alien weapon at the outhouse while Dennis is inside it. (Thanks to Kyle)

- Hill Street Blues: Spotlight on Rico (1983) [Sonny Crockett]: Shot repeatedly by Dennis Franz when he attempts to pull out a gun after fighting with Taurean Blacque.
- The Hitchhiker: O.D. Feelin' (1986) [The Fool]: Run over by a subway train when he tries to push Michael Des Barres onto the tracks and Michael steps out of the way.
