- To All a Goodnight (1980) [Sam]: Decapitated with an axe by either Katherine Herrington or Sam Shamshak after Jeff Butts is killed with a crossbow bolt while Jeff and Denise are making love. Her severed head is shown again later on attached to a shower head with Judith Bridges discovers it, and again later on when Jennifer Runyon and Forrest Swanson discover it as well. (The murders are committed by Katherine and Sam working together in identical Santa Claus disguises, so the killer could be either of them in any of the death scenes).
