- Dalziel and Pascoe: Demons on Our Shoulders: Part 2 (2007) [Peta Sinclair]: Injected at the base of her brain with liquid mercury and has her arms cut off by Nancy Carroll.
- Emmerdale (30th January 2017) [Joanie Dingle]: Dies of heart attack (off-screen) when talking with Jane Cox. We only seen Jane watch Denise keels in pain before cut to ad breaks. Her death was revelead at the second part of the episode when Jane break the news to Steve Halliwell as she return.
