- Quarantine (2008) [Randy]: Devoured by infected dogs as Jennifer Carpenter, Steve Harris, Bernard White and Dania Ramirez look on
- Edge of Darkness (2010) [Moore]: Shot in the head by Ray Winstone.
- The Pyramid (2014) [Holden]: Heart ripped out by the spirit of Anubis, as Denis is talking to Ashley Hinshaw and James Buckley. He is shown to still be alive when James returns, only for his body to decompose to a skeletal state when Anubis deems him unworthy to enter the Afterlife.
Television Deaths
- True Blood: Save Yourself (2012) [Russell Edgington]: Stabbed through the heart by Alexander Skarsgard, causing him to explode.
- American Horror Story: Coven: The Dead (2013) [Spalding]: Stabbed in the heart by Taissa Farmiga after being interrogated by Taissa and confessing that Jessica Lange murdered Emma Roberts when his enchanted tongue is reattached. Denis makes later appearances in the season as a ghost.
- American Horror Story: Hotel: Be Our Guest (2016) [Liz Taylor]: Throat slit by Lady Gaga's ghost as a mercy killing at his own request so that he can return as a ghost after learning he is dying of prostate cancer. His body is shown soon after along with his ghost.
- American Horror Story: Roanoke: Chapter 5 (2016) [William van Henderson (as Dr. Elias Cunningham - Reenactment)]: Head bashed in by Chaz Bono as Sarah Paulson and Cuba Gooding Jr. look on.
