- Short Time (1990) [Bus Driver]: Dies off-screen of multiple organ failure from autoimmune hemolytic anemia (called autotoxia hemotosa in-movie) due to the resulting sickle cell disease causing white blood cells to attack red blood cells responsible for supplying oxygen, mistaking them for an invading virus. He is shown being struck blind while driving his route, unaware of his condition due to swapping the cards on his and Dabney Coleman's urine samples to hide his marijuana use. Coleman, Teri Garr, and Kaj-Erik Eriksen are shown attending his funeral.
- Slither (2006) [Dwight]: Turned into an alien when one of the alien slugs gets into his mouth in the barn; he dies once again (off-screen) when the alien host (Michael Rooker) is killed, destroying all the zombies.
