- Sailor Moon Sailor Stars: The Stolen Silver Crystal! Princess Kakyuu Appears (2019; anime) [Sailor Lead Crow]: Killed by Sailor Tin Nyanko (Corina Boettger) when she destroys the vial containing the black hole, which gradually sucks her in while being taunted by Tin Nyanko. - Metal Gear Solid (1998) [Meryl Silverburgh]: Murdered off-screen by Patric Zimmerman if the player submits defeat to Patric’s torture. Canonically, Debbie survives if the player successfully resisted Patric’s torture sequence.
