- Double Exposure (1982) [Toni]: Bitten on the face by a venomous snake after Michael Callan throws the snake into a trash bag and ties the bag over her head. This turns out to be a dream sequence, but her body is shown afterwards in reality (having been killed off-screen by James Stacy using the same method as Michael's dream), as Pamela Hensley and the other police investigate the crime scene.
