- Amityville 1992: It's About Time (1992; video) [Andy]: Killed by the supernatural slime when Megan Ward lures him into stepping into it in the basement; his re-animated body is shown again afterwards when it emerges from the slime and attacks Jonathan Penner. He is later brought back to life when a time warp undoes the events of the movie. (Thanks to C)
- Meet the Spartans (2008) [Rocky Balboa/John Rambo]: Playing a dual role, "Rocky" is injected with an overdose of Botox (paralyzing his entire body) when Kevin Sorbo stabs him in the head with an oversized syringe. ("Rambo" survives the movie.) (Played for comic effect.)
