- Waterloo Road: Series 5, Episode 11 (2009) [Gary Vale]: Committed suicide by setting alight gas canisters in his caravan, causing it to explode. He'd intended to take his daughter Maisie-Jo Stahl and her headteacher Eva Pope with him, however both escaped just in time.
