- A Man Called Shenandoah: The Riley Brand (1966) [Egan]: Killed off screen by Shenandoah after trying to kill him.
- Star Trek: Shore Leave (1966) [Dr. Leonard "Bones" McCoy]: Impaled with a lance by a knight (Paul Baxley) as DeForest stands in its path, believing it to be a harmless illusion. He is later brought back to life by Oliver McGowan's alien technology. (Thanks to Stephen)
