- CSI: Leapin’ Lizards (2007) [Chyna DeVere]: Shot to death by Ally Sheedy, after which Carl Ciarfalio decapitates her body. Her severed head (an obvious dummy) is shown afterwards when the CSI investigators find it stuffed and mounted on Carl’s wall, and the murder is shown in flashbacks throughout the episode as they figure out what happened.
