- Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Tipping Points (2012; animated) [Steela Gerrera]: Falls to her death, as Ahsoka (Ashley Eckstein) attempt to save her with the Force. However Ashley was shot in the shoulder by a downed Droid Gunship causing her to lose her grip. Her body is later covered up near the end of the episode.
- Unforgettable: Breathing Space (2016) [Erica Campbell]: Killed (off-screen) in the ensuing explosion after she activated the self-destruction function in the space training facility she was in and Poppy Montgomery fails to convince her to flee the building with her.
