  • Tales Of The Unexpected: A Time To Die (1988) [Yves Drouard]: Dies an ironic death when the timed bomb he had linked to the electrical supply in the hope it would kill his wife Nina van Pallandt, goes off before he can disconnect it due to a power failure which had prevented Nina from returning home.   • Murder in Mind: Teacher (2001) [Edward Palmer]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by carbon monoxide poisoning; the story ends with him in his car closing the garage.
  • Hidden: Episode 4 (2011) [Sir Nigel Fountain]: Shot in the back, whilst sitting on a bench talking to Thekla Reuten, after he sees a laser spot appear on her chest and leans across her to take the bullet. (Thanks to Brian)
