- Iron Eagle (1986) [Ministry of Defense Col. Akir Nakesh]: Killed in an explosion when his plane is shot down at the end of a dog fight with Jason Gedrick and Tim Thomerson.
- The Last Innocent Man (1987) [Jonathan Gault]: My memory of this movie is vague, but I remember that he was killed in the end.
- Executive Decision (1996) [Nagi Hassan]: Shot to death by John Leguizamo in a shoot-out on the plane. (Thanks to Mathew)
- Wing Commander (1999) [Captain Lawrence Sansky]: Killed when the Kilrathi disable the Tiger Claw spaceship he’s on.
TV Deaths
- Murder in Mind: Teacher (2001) [Edward Palmer]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by carbon monoxide poisoning; the story ends with him in his car closing the garage.
- Hidden: Episode 4 (2011) [Sir Nigel Fountain]: Shot in the back, whilst sitting on a bench talking to Thekla Reuten, after he sees a laser spot appear on her chest and leans across her to take the bullet. (Thanks to Brian)
- Agatha Christie's Poirot: Curtain (2013) [Hercule Poirot]: Dies of a heart attack in bed, refusing to take medication to alleviate his symptoms. He resolves the case post-humorously in a letter/confession sent to Hugh Fraser, read by David in narration.
