- Saturday Night Live: Bog Saget/TLC (May 6, 1995) [Militia Man]: In the America's Funniest Hate Videos sketch, in a home video, he gets shot in the head when he accidentally hits Chris Farley, causing him to drop his rifle making it go off and shooting Spade, causing his head to explode. After this, during the show portion, his headless corpse is seen with Farley in the studio audience.
