- Arrow: Al Sah-him (2015) [John Diggle]: Stabbed through the chest by Stephen Amell after being overpowered in a sword fight (David survives the episode in reality, however, as Stephen was fighting a complete stranger and only imagined David due to a hallucinogen he was given by Matt Nable).
- Arrow: Legends of Yesterday (2015) [John Diggle]: Vaporized (along with Emily Bett Rickards, Danielle Panabaker and Katie Cassidy) when Casper Crump causes a megablast from the Staff of Horus (This timeline is altered, however, due to Grant Gustin running fast enough to go back to the previous day, so David is still alive in the present time.)
- Legends of Tomorrow: Star City 2046 (2016) [John Diggle]: While not appearing in the episode, his death is mentioned in a conversation between his son (Joseph David-Jones) and Stephen Amell (This episode takes place in a potential future so David is still alive in the present time.)
- Legends of Tomorrow: Doomworld (2017) [John Diggle - Alternate Reality]: While not appearing in the episode, David's helmet is among the many masks seen in Neal McDonough's office, implying he had been killed off-screen in the new reality created by Matt Letscher.
- Arrow: Living Proof (2019) [John Diggle]: Killed with an arrow by an unnamed assassin; this is revealed to be a hallucination in Stephen Amell's mind so David survives the episode.
