- Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV (2000) [Toxic Avenger / Noxious Offender / Chester's Fellatio Customer]: David plays a trio of roles in the film. "Noxious Offender" has his insides torn out by David's other character "Toxic Avenger". He returns to life as Mark Torgl. "Toxic Avenger" and "Chester's Fellatio Customer" survive the film.
- Hancock (2008) [Man Mountain]: Killed by Will Smith when he throws a hospital bed at him.
- Jack and the Beanstalk (2009; video) [The Giant]: Falls to his death while chasing Chloe Grace Moretz, Colin Ford, and Gilbert Gottfried while the lumberjacks chop the beanstalk down. (Played for comic effect)
