- The Exterminator (1980) [The State Senator of New Jersey]: Shot in the crotch with a revolver by Robert Ginty.
- Frankenhooker (1990) [Frankenhooker's Trick]: Explodes while having sex with Patty Mullen in a motel room, causing his head to be torn off. David's head remains alive for a few moments, allowing him to compliment Patty before dying. (Played for comic effect.)
