Hayter 2 — David Hayter's death in Gotcha This Time!

David Hayter (1969- )

TV Series Deaths

Gundam 0080: A War in the Pocket (1989) [Bernard "Bernie" Wiseman] Killed by Wendee Lee when she rams her Gundam's Beam Saber into David's Zaku cockpit, killing him.

Video Game Deaths

Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence (2006) [Naked Snake] In the Secret Theatre bonus feature, which shows alternate humorous endings ot cutscenes, he dies in several of those. In The Beginning is the End, he falls to his death while trying to land after jumping out of the plane and misses his landing spot, instead falling off a cliff. In Gotcha This Time!, he is killed in an explosion when he slams his C4 butterfly too hard on a bomb, causing it to explode. In Cat-Like Behavior, he is shot in the gut by Josh Keaton after David taunts that he can't shoot him. In The Ultimate Weapon, he dies in an explosion (alonside Josh Keaton, Lori Alan and everyone else nearby) when Lori shoots him with a gun that fires nukes after he beats her in rock-paper-scissors. (As for the main game, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, he survives.) (All played for comic effect.)
