- Re-Animator (1985) [Dr. Carl Hill]: Decapitated with a shovel by Jeffrey Combs; his body and head are both re-animated when Jeffrey uses his serum on him. He dies once again when Jeffrey injects him with an overdose of the serum. (Thanks to Tommy)
- The Brain (1988) [Dr. Anthony Blakely]: Head punched off, revealing him to be an alien (Thanks to Tommy)
