The Saddest Music in the World (2003) [Fyodor Kent]: Drowned when he falls into a vat of beer; his body is shown again afterwards lying in his coffin.

X-Men: Night of the Sentinels: Part 1 (1992; animated) [Sentinels]: One Sentinel is decapitated with a laser blast by Cyclops (Norm Spencer); all the other Sentinels survive the episode.
X-Men: Night of the Sentinels: Part 2 (1992; animated) [Sentinels]: All of the Sentinels are destroyed over the course of the episode by the X-Men.
X-Men: Slave Island (1993; animated) [Master Mold/Sentinels]: Multiple Sentinels are destroyed by the X-Men and the other mutants over the course of the episode; all the other Sentinels and Master Mold are swept away by a tidal wave after the dam is destroyed.

Murdoch Mysteries: The Death of Dr. Ogden (2014) [Dr. Lionel Ogden]: Injected with an overdose of heroin (off-screen) by Diana Leblanc, at David's own request, as a mercy killing/assisted suicide due to David's terminal illness. His body is shown afterwards when his daughter (Helene Joy) arrives at his home, and again in several scenes as Helene performs an autopsy. He also appears as an imaginary figure throughout the episode as Helene imagines him talking to her.
